No. You retain 100% ownership of your clips and the final videos generated by our platform. We just provide the tools to stitch them together.

It depends on your plan. Free users have 48 hours to download/upload their video. Creator tier gets 4 days, and Pro users get 7 days. After that, files are permanently deleted to protect your privacy.

Currently, we optimize for YouTube (Horizontal).

Common reasons include: Twitch clips being deleted by the original streamer, corrupt video data, or YouTube API limits. If a job fails, your quota is automatically refunded.

You can cancel anytime from the Billing Dashboard. Your access will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
