Certain features of the Service may be designated as "Beta" or "Lab" features. These are experimental and may be unstable. Stuck Cog LLC is not liable for any data loss or service interruption caused by the use of Beta features.

3. Copyright & Content Ownership

  • Your Content: You retain all rights and ownership of your Twitch clips, VODs, and any custom assets you upload.
  • Copyright Responsibility: You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses for all content you process. Stuck Cog LLC is not responsible for copyright strikes or DMCA takedowns resulting from your use of the service.

4. "AS IS" Disclaimer

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranty of any kind. Stuck Cog LLC expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise.

5. Subscriptions & Billing

Some features of Project Kymera require a paid subscription ("Pro" or "Creator" tiers).

  • Payment Processor: Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store your credit card information.
  • Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. Access will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.
  • Refunds: Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Stuck Cog LLC.
